Brokers Win Millions Against Their Employer, Morgan Stanley
Two Morgan Stanley brokers alleged that the firm refused to allow them to use the firm's institutional services and products, harming their marketing efforts to attract pension plans and other institutional clients.
The NASD arbitration panel agreed, awarding $12 million.
