Brokerage Firm Premier Capital Management Charged with Securities Law Violations
The NASD has brought a disciplinary action against Premier Capital Management, Inc. of Dallas, TX, its president Bryan James O'Leary, and one of its former brokers, Ryan Mark Reynolds. The NASD charges them with stock touting, misleading advertising, and failure to disclose compensation for touting stock.
The conduct concerns a company called Continental Investment Corporation(OTCBB: CICG).
