f you have or had a Salomon Smith Barney GPM Account that contains or contained any of the investments that are involved in a pending or anticipated NASD arbitration or court claim against Salomon Smith Barney, and you wish to preserve your rights with respect to such claims, you MUST request to be excluded from the GPM Class Action, even if you have already opted out of another class action, such as the WorldCom Class Action or the Global Crossing Class Action. If you fail to properly and timely request exclusion from the GPM Class Action, your claims with respect to such investments will be forever extinguished.
